Avalanche fences

Do you remember the photo below? It was taken during the training at the Kenashi Pass in the last winter (refer to: Training Reports/Kenashi Pass). In the training report of this day, we wrote, "As there was more snow this year than usual, the snow was getting over the avalanche fences. If there was more snow, maybe avalanche controls would be needed." We thought it would be dangerous and measures against avalanches would have to be taken.


In the following summer, Tesseract and Dr.K went to train on the Kenashi Pass and took a photo of the same point. You see? They are constructing new higher avalanche fences!
